Set Width of 200px

This Panel Template is just a simple 10 item Panel (easily altered for more or less items) that has a set width of 200px and is aligned in the center.
So if your Panel Bar in Opera was set at say 300px wide, you'd have a 200px wide Panel with a margin of approx 50px to the right and left.

Dynamic Width

This Panel Template is just a simple 10 item Panel (easily altered for more or less items) that has a dynamic width.
So if your Panel Bar in Opera was set at say 300px wide, you'd have a Panel with a width of 96% of that (set in the CSS) with left and right margins of 2%.

The only difference to a normal link to make Opera add it as a Panel is the addition of rel="sidebar" within the link.

EG:
<a href="whatever.html" rel="sidebar">Add this as an Opera Panel.</a>

 

The first 5 "Containers" of each have descriptions of certain aspects of the Panel. The other 5 are just fill. :)

Note that the colour scheme may not be to your fancy but that is just a matter of altering the color values in the CSS to suit your own desires.
